Lackey is offered for personal and family use. You agree to use it lawfully and to connect only accounts you own or are allowed to use.
Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your sign in secure. Your data stays yours. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Lackey is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Always check important dates and deadlines with the original source, such as your school.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for missed events, deadlines or lost data, arising from your use of Lackey.
Ending use
You may stop using Lackey and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access to protect the service or other users.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and let you know in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
